REQUIREMENTS FOR REGISTERING ENTERPRISES & PARTNERSHIP

1. A copy of Certificate.
2. A typed letter applying for TIN/VAT registration on company letter head.
3. A copy of utility bill e.g. PHCN, rent and receipt.
4. ID card: Driver’s Licence, International Passport or National ID Card.
5. Letter should be addressed to the Tax Controller

REQUIREMENS FOR REGISTERING LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY

1. Two (2) copies of Certificate of Incorporation.
2. A copy of Memorandum and Article of Association
3. A typed reply to the questionaire
4. A typed letter applying for TIN/VAT registration on company letter head.
5. A copy of utility bill e.g. PHCN, rent and receipt.
6. ID card: Driver’s Licence, International Passport or National ID Card.
7. Letter should be addressed to the Tax Controller
